When: Please show up 15 minutes before your session to warm up and be ready to shoot when it's your turn.

 

Who: Please come and watch the sessions as we have a viewing area for our parents and family.

 

What to Expect: One on One coaching with Video Analysis, Shot Speed Analysis, Vertical Testing Analysis, Bio-Mechanical Analysis, Warm Up & Cool Down Routines, Strength Training Routines, Shoulder Stability Routines, and much much more.
